The Ulan is an armored Fighting vehicle, developed by the Austrian Steyr Daimler Puch and the Spanish Santa Barbara Sistemas.

The Spanish Army has ordered 356 Ulan vehicles which are designated as Pizarro.

the Netherlands
The Netherlands were considering to replace their YPR-765, however the Ulan had not the required specifications. The Ulan would be ready for delivery in 2010. The RNL Army has bought the Swedish CV9035.
